About the Role:
Peek A Boo Pediatric Care Inc is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our pediatric practice in Hollywood, FL. If you love working with children and families and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we want to hear from you!



Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and families with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival
• Answer phone calls and respond to messages
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information in the system
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming for pediatric patients and their families
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Prior front desk or medical receptionist experience, preferably in a pediatric or healthcare setting
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy, child-friendly environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the Hollywood, FL community
• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a bonus
