As the welcoming face of our clinic, you’ll play an essential role in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. From the first warm greeting to the final checkout, you’ll help keep our office running smoothly while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Create a Welcoming Patient Experience: Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, manage check-in and checkout, and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the Details on Track: Verify and update patient demographic information, obtain and confirm authorizations and precertification's, process medical record release requests, and schedule and confirm appointments.
• Support Accurate Financial Operations: Enter, review, and submit daily charges for patient procedures and services, collect patient co-payments, and reconcile daily reports and deposits with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Keep Our Clinic Running Smoothly: Provide essential administrative and clerical support to your assigned area, helping our healthcare team stay organized, efficient, and focused on delivering outstanding patient care.
• Make a Difference Every Day: Bring a positive attitude, a commitment to excellent customer service, and a patient-first mindset to every interaction.

What You’ll Bring

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, OR one year of applicable cumulative, job-specific experience.
• Medical Office Experience: Preferred, but not required.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to accuracy when handling patient information, scheduling, documentation, and financial transactions.
• Customer Service Skills: A friendly, professional approach and a genuine desire to help patients feel welcomed and supported.
• Organization & Teamwork: The ability to manage multiple responsibilities, adapt to a busy environment, and work collaboratively with others.
