WE'RE HIRING: PART-TIME FRONT DESK CONCIERGE

Are you friendly, organized, dependable, and someone who likes to stay busy? Club Ridge is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Concierge to join our team!

This isn't just a sit-at-the-desk position. We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, helping the team, and keeping our club welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Greet residents and guests with a warm, professional attitude

• Answer phones and assist with questions, appointments, and reservations

• Schedule spa and salon services and provide appointment reminders

• Assist residents and staff as we transition to our online booking system

• Process payments and assist with front desk transactions

• Wash, fold, stock, and organize towels

• Help maintain clean and organized spa, fitness, and common areas

• Stack and arrange chairs and assist with room setups

• Set up and break down pickleball equipment

• Assist with programs, events, and other club activities

• Help monitor the facility and communicate maintenance or resident concerns

• Jump in wherever needed to help keep Club Ridge looking its best!

Great with residents and customer service

Able to multitask and work independently

A team player who isn't afraid to pitch in

Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and be active throughout the shift
