The staff at FYZICAL North Naples (Pelican Bay) is seeking a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, Part-Time to join our team. We are a team of PTs, PTAs, Client Care Specialists, Administrators and Fyzician Liaisons that work very well together and make every effort to provide the best care and customer service possible to our patients and their families. We take pride in our Raving Fans with our Google 5 Star Reviews and 90+ NPS score.

Some of the job responsibilities and skills needed include:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Answer multi-line phone system efficiently
• Schedule and Confirm patient visits
• Verifying insurance coverage for physical therapy
• Manage waiting area and retail space
• Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment

Location of Opening: NAPLES, FLORIDA - PELICAN Bay Location
