About the Role:Laughing Waters Spa LLC in Minneapolis, MN is looking for a warm, welcoming Front Desk Associate to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors. Responsibilities:- Greet and check in clients with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Schedule and manage appointments using spa booking software
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and confirm reservations
- Process payments, handle transactions, and manage the cash drawer
- Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products to guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and serene front desk and lobby area
- Coordinate with spa therapists and estheticians to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with scheduling software and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, polished appearance and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting is a plus
