About the Role:
Lake Lucerne Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry in Orlando, FL is looking for a warm, motivated Front Desk Patient Advocate to be the welcoming face of our practice. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their coverage
• Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and handle billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information
• Answer and screen incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and follow up on treatment plans
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office

Requirements:

• Prior dental or medical front desk experience required
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix)
• Familiarity with patient communication systems (NexHealth, Weave)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes (Overjet)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Multi-lingual skills (we speak Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi at our office)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy front office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times
