We are seeking a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Hayden Lake Physical Therapy in our Hayden Clinic on Prairie Ave. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients, ensuring their experience with us is seamless and positive.
Responsibilities:- Manage patient check-in and check-out process
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits
- Assist with patient intake and medical history documentation
- Coordinate communication between patients, therapists, and other healthcare providers
- Calling and scheduling of patient from incoming referrals.
- Collection of patient payments.
- Making follow up calls to check in on patients.
Requirements:- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with medical software and electronic health records
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Available to work in our Hayden location
