We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our therapist-owned physical therapy practice in Bryn Mawr, PA. This part-time evening position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and creating a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease when they arrive
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance benefits
- Assist with patient paperwork and collect payments as needed
- Support therapists with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and inviting
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients and team members
