Front Desk Agent

Schedule: Tuesday–Sunday | 8:00 AM–2:30 PM Pay: $18.00/Hour

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Agent to assist guests and support daily motel operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Answer phones and assist with guest questions
• Process payments accurately
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized
• Address guest concerns professionally
• Complete daily front desk duties and paperwork

Qualifications: Dependable, professional, organized, and comfortable working with guests. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Family owned and operated for four generations, Sunset Oceanfront Lodging is beautifully situated on high ground overlooking a sandy beach, majestic sea stacks, and the Pacific Ocean. We offer beach access and a variety of accommodations; large and small, modern and rustic. Units West of Beach Loop Drive are considered "Oceanfront;" units to the East are considered "Ocean View" or "Economy." Most of our units have private ocean-viewing decks or patios.
