Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. 

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and check in patients with a welcoming attitude.
  • Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays.
  • Scan and upload documents into electronic medical records.
  • Maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance information.
  • Assist with referrals, authorizations, and medical records as needed.
  • Respond to patient questions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:


  • Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records is a plus.
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
