About the Role
D1 Training is an athletic-based fitness franchise focused on helping athletes of all ages reach their goals, both on and off the field. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate who excels at relationship building.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for in-person conversations that lead to long-term memberships.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from clients
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community at events
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments
• Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve their performance
