About the Role:Pilates Addiction Short Hills is looking for an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Sales Associate to be the face of our studio in Millburn, NJ. If you're passionate about fitness, love connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:- Greet and check in clients, creating a warm and positive studio experience
- Drive membership and class package sales through consultative selling
- Manage studio scheduling software to book, modify, and cancel appointments
- Handle client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Outbound calls, texts, and emails to leads that have inquired about our studio
- Process payments and maintain accurate point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Support studio promotions, events, and membership retention efforts
Requirements:- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy boutique fitness environment
- Comfortable with studio management or scheduling software
- Passion for health, wellness, and Pilates is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
