About the Role:Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an energetic and motivated Front Desk Sales Associate to join our growing team in Tallahassee, FL! Responsibilities:- Greet and check in clients, creating a warm and welcoming spa experience from the moment they arrive
- Drive membership sales and retail product sales to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk booking system efficiently
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism and care
- Process payments, memberships, and gift card transactions accurately
- Educate clients on spa services, packages, and promotional offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
Requirements:- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy spa environment
- Comfortable with sales goals and membership-based selling
- Proficiency with scheduling software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- A genuine passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional client experiences
