Aloft Beachwood is currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Supervisor in Beachwood, Ohio. This individual will be experienced in customer service and hotel operations and will oversee front desk operations for the hotel.

• Pay: Starting at $17/hour, offer dependent on experience

The right candidate will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a hotel front desk position required
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Marriott experience preferred
• Ability to cover any call-off shifts from other members
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays required
• Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic

Our Front Desk Supervisor will:

• Manage front office personnel with daily supervision to include staffing, training, scheduling and visually monitoring performance
• Check and control room reservations, front office systems, inventory, scheduling, forecasting in order to maximize revenue
• Supervise and assist staff with basic front desk and guest service functions
• Complete necessary shift paperwork and ensure accuracy on: shift checklist, log book, courtesy call back log, and all other forms or checklists assigned
• Maintain knowledge of all available package and promotion details
• Perform essential front desk duties and responsibilities which include working desk shifts
