Description

The Front Desk Supervisor at The Drey Hotel will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and efficient service. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining the hotel's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Leads entire shift as the Manager on Duty.
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Ensure all guest requests and needs are met, providing personalized service.
Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Supervise, train, and motivate front desk staff.
Assist with billing and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
Identify low stock levels and generate purchase orders to replenish supplies.
Maintain records of guest interactions, complaints, and feedback.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting is highly desirable.
Proficiency in hotel management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service.
