Front Desk Team Member

TEEZ Hair Studio is looking for an energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Front Desk Team Member to join our team!

Our front desk is the nucleus of the salon. This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience while helping keep the salon organized, clean, and running smoothly throughout the day.

This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who can confidently multitask, take initiative, pay attention to the details, and recognize what needs to be done without always having to be asked. This is not just a "front desk job"  it is a sales job. 

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with a friendly, professional attitude

• Answer phones, texts, and guest questions

• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments accurately

• Check guests in and out and process payments

• Help maintain an organized and efficient appointment book

• Assist with rebooking, filling openings, and supporting the daily flow of the salon

• Educate guests about salon services, products, promotions, and policies

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk

• Help keep the salon guest-ready throughout the day, including light cleaning, laundry, restocking, and general salon upkeep

• Communicate effectively with stylists, assistants, management, and other front desk team members

• Complete opening, closing, and daily front desk responsibilities

• Help identify what needs attention and take initiative to get it done
