Front-End Loader / Machine Operator
Location: Franklin, TN
Shift: Second Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., with some Saturdays

TempExperts is hiring a dependable Front-End Loader / Machine Operator for a growing company in Franklin. In this role, you will operate production and front-end loading equipment, move materials, inspect finished products, and help maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery and front-end loading equipment according to established procedures.
• Load materials into machines, monitor the production process, and remove finished items.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions.
• Sort, pack, stack, label, and move materials.
• Complete basic equipment checks and assist with routine changeovers or adjustments.
• Keep workstations, production areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all production, quality, and workplace safety procedures.

Equipment
Equipment may include production machines, front-end loaders, measuring tools, scanners, carts, pallet jacks, packing equipment, and hand tools. Site-specific training and authorization are required before operating any equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Previous machine-operation, production, manufacturing, general-labor, or front-end loader experience preferred.
• Ability to learn equipment procedures and follow production, quality, and safety instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, handle materials carefully, and maintain accurate production records.
• Reliable attendance and availability to work Monday–Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with some Saturdays.
• Steel-toed boots are required.
