Starting pay begins at $19.25 per hour during training.
Responsibilities
- Execute Chick-fil-A operational procedures with a servant-minded approach for our guests
- Demonstrate knowledge of brand promotions and products
- Execute opening and/or closing procedures for the restaurant
- Oversee and assist the team in daily operations
- Delegate tasks appropriately to support business needs
- Model clear communication and maintain a positive attitude
- Handle cash and execute cash management procedures
- Effectively lead and manage a team
- Coach, teach, and train Team Members on policies and procedures
- Foster a positive work environment for all team members
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work quickly while remaining efficient and thorough
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Treat others with honor, dignity, and respect
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed
