At Brain & Spine Wellness Center, the Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in creating a calm, professional, and welcoming experience for patients—many of whom arrive feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or out of options.

This role offers clear opportunities for professional growth and increased earning potential. Team members who are cross-trained to perform Video-Oculography (VOG), balance testing, and patient vital signs will be eligible for a higher hourly pay rate based on their additional training, skills, and responsibilities.
There are also opportunities to earn additional bonuses by supporting the practice’s social media and marketing efforts, such as helping record patient testimonial videos and assisting with other approved social media content.
High-performing team members may also grow into expanded administrative and leadership responsibilities, including the potential to advance into an Office Manager role over time.

This is a full-time position averaging 35-40 hours per week, excluding unpaid breaks each day (end times may vary).
