Front Office Automation Tester - New York, NY - Contract W2/C2C - $52-62 Per HR
Join our team as an Automation Tester, working in a hybrid setting to ensure the functionality and performance of front office financial applications. This contract role involves designing and executing automated test scripts, with a focus on financial systems and trading platforms. Proficiency in scripting and experience with automated testing frameworks are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test cases for front office systems.
- Collaborate with users, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and priorities.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure application stability.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Document test plans, test data, and test results for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Understanding of trading workflows, financial instruments, and market data systems.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in a popular programming language.
- Familiarity with Agile development and continuous integration tools.
- Experience with Fixed Income and Derivative products.
