Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
*Part-Time position working around 30 hours a week, within these days. Potential for full-time in the future.
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Coordinator:
Minimum of 3 years of dental front office experience required.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service to patients.
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments while maintaining an efficient schedule.
Collect patient payments and accurately process financial transactions.
File dental insurance claims and assist with insurance-related inquiries.
Record and post insurance payments accurately within the practice management system.
Maintain accurate patient records and support daily front office operations.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
