Receptionist - Long Term Contract (9 months)
Pay rate: $18/hour
Our client, located by UCF, is seeking a professional and highly organized Reception / Administrative Support Specialist to provide front-office, communication, and administrative support. This role plays a key part in supporting daily site operations, visitor management, personnel coordination, and essential administrative processes that ensure an efficient and secure training environment.
Serve as the primary front desk and reception point of contact, welcoming visitors and directing inquiries appropriately.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal communications with professionalism and accuracy.
Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including bookings, itinerary updates, and required documentation.
Support access control procedures, including visitor badging, system access requests, and escorting visitors as needed.
Draft, edit, and format documents, meeting minutes, correspondence, and other written materials.
Assist with new hire onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and organized first-day experience.
Maintain accurate personnel, security, and recall roster records in accordance with site requirements.
Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions and maintain related documentation.
Interface with Program Management Office (PMO), installation personnel, and internal teams to support daily operations.
Provide general administrative support to maintain efficient and professional site functioning.
Support environmental health and safety processes as required.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a structured, operational environment.
