What You Will Do
Design and implement high-performance web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
Lead architectural discussions to optimize the bundling and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices in frontend development.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance product offerings and team efficiency.
Drive the adoption of WebAssembly to improve application performance and user experience.
Ideal Candidate Background
8+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and TypeScript.
Proven experience with modern frameworks like React and backend technologies such as NodeJS.
Demonstrated ability to architect scalable web applications and optimize frontend workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-centric solutions.
Preferred
Experience with WebAssembly and its applications in frontend development.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio showcasing innovative web applications.
Compensation and Benefits
