We are hiring for a Frontend Web Developer opportunity.

Role: Frontend Web Developer

Location: Austin, TX 78701

Work Arrangement: Onsite, five days a week.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Web Developer with strong expertise in React and React Native to develop accessible, responsive web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of n tier architecture, REST and SOAP APIs, JavaScript, Redux, and reusable component development. Experience with unit testing, accessibility compliance, external component libraries, and mobile application development will be valuable in delivering reliable and user friendly digital experiences.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in React and React Native.
• Solid understanding of n tier architecture, including UI, business logic, and data access layers.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, and Redux.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience developing Higher Order Components (HOCs) and working with custom frameworks or libraries.
• Experience writing unit test cases using Jest, Enzyme, or Mocha.
• Proficiency in developing ADA compliant applications.
• Experience working with external component libraries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with platform specific build tools, including Xcode and CocoaPods for iOS and Android Studio and Gradle for Android.
• Proficiency with dependency management tools such as Node.js and Yarn, and package repositories such as JFrog Artifactory.
• Familiarity with native iOS development using Swift or Objective C and native Android development using Kotlin or Java and XML layouts.
• Experience with mobile architecture patterns, including client side state management using Zustand, server state management and caching using React Query, and navigation using React Navigation.
• Experience integrating secure storage using Keychain and biometric authentication using react-native-biometrics.
• Hands on experience with mobile accessibility testing tools, including iOS Accessibility Inspector, Google Accessibility Scanner, and screen readers.
• Experience coordinating integrations with third party vendor APIs and partners.
• Knowledge of TypeScript or ECMAScript (ES6 or later).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
• Build reusable UI components and maintain custom frameworks and libraries.
• Implement application functionality using JavaScript, Redux, Bootstrap, and related technologies.
• Integrate REST and SOAP APIs to support seamless data exchange between application components and external systems.
• Apply n tier architecture principles to develop maintainable and scalable applications.
• Write and maintain unit test cases using Jest, Enzyme, or Mocha.
• Develop and maintain ADA compliant applications and support accessibility testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Utilize external component libraries to accelerate development and maintain consistent user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and third party partners to coordinate application integrations.
• Support mobile application builds, dependency management, and deployment processes.
• Follow version control practices and contribute to CI/CD processes.

Education Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
