Synergy Sales Co. is a strategic sales partner supporting Frontier’s fiber expansion. We are hiring an Outside Sales Agent to acquire residential customers in newly deployed fiber territories through direct, consultative sales.
- Conduct high-volume door-to-door canvassing, lead follow-up, and presence at local events and retail sites.
- Deliver consultative presentations on fiber internet, phone, and value-added services tailored to customer needs.
- Manage a sales pipeline, close new accounts, and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Monitor local market conditions and competitor activity to maintain a competitive offering.
- Participate in required training, team meetings, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Direct sales, prospecting, or cold-calling experience preferred; open to motivated candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfortable using tablets/CRM tools and basic technology for presentations and order entry.
- Strong time management, organization, and negotiation skills; self-motivated and target-driven.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to maximize customer contact.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required; authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation and benefits: Uncapped commission structure with performance bonuses; first-year OTE typically $60,000–$75,000+ for on-target performers. Weekly pay via direct deposit, paid training, and contractor (1099) engagement with related tax considerations. Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles based on performance.
