Job Description

We’re looking for a Fry Cook / Line Cook to own the fry station and support the kitchen during service.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume position that requires focus, consistency, and the ability to keep up during busy shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and manage the fry station during service

• Ensure consistent food quality, cook times, and presentation

• Assist with prep and station setup

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

• Communicate with the team to keep orders moving efficiently

• Support the Chef and Sous Chef as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen or line experience preferred (but not required)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong attention to timing, detail, and consistency

• Reliable, on time, and works well under pressure

• Team-oriented and takes pride in their work
