Shift/Schedule: 6:00PM - 6:30AM | Alternative Work Schedule
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 Hourly

What You'll Do
Execute Quality Monitoring Scheme routines across all manufacturing processes, including batching, processing, filling and packaging.
Execute physical and chemical testing of raw batches, finished products and any other testing as defined by the Quality Monitoring Scheme.
Execute sampling, testing and release of bulk and refrigerated ingredients.
Execute pre-operation routines, which includes sanitation approval for equipment and environment, and compliance against product change-over requirements.
Execute CIP validation and allergen testing.
Coordinate collection and storage of finished product samples during manufacturing operation.
Execute hold routines including creating events for nonconforming ingredients, packaging material, raw batches and finished products.
Execute verification and validation routines for sanitation and allergen controls.
Execute review and approval of food safety and quality records created throughout shift.
Coordinate verification and calibration routines for inline and in-process equipment, i.e. X-Ray, Metal Detectors, in-line filters, etc.
Execute verification routines for pre-requisite records and Programs.
Provide contribution towards root cause analysis and customer complaint investigations.
Provide contribution towards maintenance and improvement of FSQ documentation practices.
Maintain organization, cleanliness and housekeeping of FSQ Lab area.
Other duties, as assigned by management.
Requirements
What You'll Need
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbally.
Ability to document, describe and interpret records and documented specifications.
Ability to enforce company procedures and policies.
Ability to document inspection findings legibly and with accuracy.
