FSQA Lead Lab - Delta

FSQA Lab Tech Lead is a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Quality Technician to oversee microbiological and analytical testing operations within our Micro Lab. This role combines technical execution, leadership responsibilities, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure high-quality production standards and regulatory compliance.

Job Duties:

• Maintain lab housekeeping by managing waste, cleaning benchtops, cleaning carts, sanitizing biological safety cabinets, de-cluttering lab, other duties as assign, etc.
• Manage shipping and receiving packages for the Micro Lab
• Complete any errands including but not limited to sample pick-up (when needed), courier package drop-off, and any outside lab errands
• Outside lab sample collecting including water samples, etc.
• Finished Goods analytical testing of PET products and pre-retort cans
• Finished Goods microbiological and analytical testing of post-retort cans
• All microbiological testing including finished product, water, air, environment swabs, and internal samples request
• Responsible for batching for B1, B2, C1, drum and tote, and all production lines
• Respond quickly to information requests from internal and external customers
• Preform caffeine testing on HPLC for all products
• Provide additional support for Tech and Supervisor responsibilities including training and inventory management
• Lead shift changes
• Troubleshoot batching, other testing, and equipment
• Manage lab inventory
• Develop and implement training for technicians
