Full-Time Nanny Manager – West Loop, ChicagoA West Loop family with two daughters, ages 4 and 7, is seeking a reliable, caring, and highly organized Full-Time Nanny Manager to join their household. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who enjoys working with school-aged children and is comfortable balancing hands-on childcare with household management responsibilities.The family is looking for someone who can confidently manage the children’s morning and evening routines while helping keep the household organized during the school day. The morning and afternoon/evening hours are the most important parts of the schedule. While the children are at school, the Nanny Manager will focus on household management tasks, with the understanding that some days will be lighter than others.Schedule:

• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Core hours: Tuesday–Thursday, 6:45 AM–7:30 PM
• Flexibility needed on Mondays and Fridays
• Occasional weekend help may be requested
• Late October 2026 start

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30–$35/hour, depending on experience
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• PTO offered
• Parking available for nanny
• Conveniently located near public transportation

Childcare Responsibilities:

• Wake the children and help them get ready for the day
• Prepare children’s meals and snacks
• School and activity drop-offs and pick-ups
• Take children to the park
• Assist with homework
• Manage the children’s evening routine, including baths/showers
• Provide attentive, caring, and engaging childcare

Household Management Responsibilities:

• Children’s laundry
• Keep children’s spaces organized and tidy
• Grocery shopping and family errands
• Light family meal preparation
• Load and unload the dishwasher
• Tidy the kitchen after meals
• Help keep the household organized and running smoothly during school hours

Additional Details:

• School and activities are within walking distance; driving is not required
• No pets in the home
• Parents occasionally work from home
• Flu vaccination required
