Oso Communications Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee telecommunications construction projects and field crews throughout Texas. 1099 Contractor Position. Paid weekly.Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in fiber drop bury, underground utilities, or telecommunications construction, with proven leadership experience managing field crews.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Must have truck
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage daily field operations
- Train your team
- Ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain safety standards
- Support project completion on schedule
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage crews, communicate with management and customers, solve field issues, and hold teams accountable for production and quality and is willing to travel. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
