What you'll do
Manage and coordinate order details, communicating effectively via email with internal teams and customers.
Provide upbeat, solutions-focused customer service and assist with customer returns from start to finish.
Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to look up orders, update statuses, and support order flow.
Support shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
Apply solid computer skills to navigate systems, documents, and spreadsheets as needed.
