Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician
Location: Kennett Square, PA
Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Arrangement: Fully onsite
Available Shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This position is responsible for accurately processing, labeling, packaging, and preparing prescription orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will have retail pharmacy experience and be comfortable working quickly and accurately within a high-volume, production-focused environment.

This position is responsible for accurately processing, labeling, packaging, and preparing prescription orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will have retail pharmacy experience and be comfortable working quickly and accurately within a high-volume, production-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Generate and verify prescription and shipping labels.
Confirm medication information, lot numbers, expiration dates, barcodes, and shipping details.
Match labels with the correct prescriptions before shipment.
Process, package, organize, and stage completed medication orders.
Verify medication counts and packaging integrity.
Maintain accurate tracking and fulfillment records.
Assist with inventory updates and report discrepancies.
Respond to labeling, shipping, and address-correction requests.
Follow established pharmacy, quality, and compliance procedures.
Maintain speed and accuracy while meeting high-volume productivity expectations.
Current Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license or registration required.
At least two years of retail pharmacy experience.
National pharmacy technician certification is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Experience with prescription fulfillment, medication packaging, shipping systems, or UPS WorldShip is a plus.
Reliable attendance and ability to maintain consistent productivity.
