Step into a first-shift role where your attention to detail keeps orders moving and customers happy. As a Fulfillment Warehouse Picker & Material Handler, you’ll help keep a high-volume operation running smoothly from receiving to shipment—Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

A Day in the Role

• Start the morning by receiving inbound stock and materials, verifying counts, and checking in merchandise.
• Pick and pull customer orders from organized locations; prepare and pack items for accurate, on-time shipments.
• Stage, wrap, and load outbound orders; assist shipping and receiving with truck unloading and loading.
• Manage and retrieve inventory efficiently—placing materials on racks, shelves, or in bins per company standards.
• Keep work areas clean and safe: sweep, dust, mop, and maintain orderly pallet and workstation areas.
• Wear proper PPE at all times and uphold site safety rules without compromise.

Tools and Materials You’ll Work With

• Material handling equipment: sit-down forklift, stand-up reach truck, and order picker.
• Industrial components, including carbon flanges and fittings.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience with shipping and receiving responsibilities.
• Strong work ethic; comfortable working independently and collaborating as a flexible team player.
• Consistent commitment to safety practices and procedures.
• Experience operating a reach truck, forklift, and order picker.
• Background handling carbon flanges and fittings is a plus.

Physical Demands

• Preferred experience on sit-down forklift, stand-up reach truck, or picker.
• Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; speak and hear.
• Regularly lift/move 10–50 lbs; occasionally lift/move items over 100 lbs.
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally sit and climb or balance.
• Vision needs include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
