Target Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the Full Time Bookkeeper:
• Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll activities.
• Prepare routine financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support budget tracking and provide financial information to management.


Qualifications for the Full Time Bookkeeper:
• Associate degree or higher in Accounting.
• 2+ years of general accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of A/R, A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred.
