Full Charge Bookkeeper | Hybrid Schedule

Do you actually enjoy the details of accounting?
Do you like digging into reconciliations, understanding why something doesn’t balance, and seeing the accounting process from beginning to end?

We are looking for a hands-on Full Charge Bookkeeper who enjoys being in the numbers and taking ownership of the day-to-day accounting process.

This is not just an AP or AR position. We need someone who understands how transactions flow through the general ledger and has a strong working knowledge of debits and credits, reconciliations, cost accounting, AP, AR, and month-end activity.

What You’ll Do

• Manage hands-on, day-to-day accounting transactions

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Perform bank, credit card, GL, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Assist with month-end close

• Support cost accounting and related account activity

• Research discrepancies and make sure the numbers tie

• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records

What We Need

• Full Charge Bookkeeping or strong hands-on accounting experience

• Strong understanding of debits and credits

• Experience with cost accounting

• Excellent reconciliation skills

• Hands-on AP and AR experience

• QuickBooks proficiency required

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Someone who enjoys understanding the “why” behind the numbers
