Airtronics, an Aerospace and Aviation company specializing in the repair, overhaul, manufacturing, and machining of products in support of the commercial as well as Government clients, has an immediate opening on its team for a full charge bookeeper.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and balance sheets monthly
- Generate financial reports including profit & loss statements and cash flow summaries
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full charge bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
- Experience processing payroll and managing multi-account reconciliations
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
