About the Role

LaunchPad Home Group is a growing family of home inspection and home services brands, and we're looking for a Corporate Recruiter who genuinely enjoys the work of finding great people.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role, which means you're not just posting jobs and waiting for applications to roll in. You're sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, prepping offers, and helping new hires get off to a strong start, all while managing multiple open roles across different brands at the same time.

If you've recruited in high-volume environments before, especially in service industries, skilled trades, or other customer-facing fields, you'll recognize the pace here right away. We move fast because our business is growing fast, and we need a recruiter who can keep up without losing sight of the candidate experience or the hiring manager relationship.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running full-cycle recruiting for entry to mid-level roles across multiple LaunchPad brands, from sourcing and screening through offer 
• Building proactive talent pipelines for high-demand positions through strategic sourcing, passive candidate outreach, and relationship-based recruiting
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand what they actually need, share market insight, and align on candidate profiles and realistic timelines
• Keeping candidates informed and prepared throughout the process, because a good candidate experience matters just as much as filling the seat
• Working with HR and department leaders to spot internal mobility opportunities and support employee development and retention
• Looking for ways to improve the recruiting process itself, whether that's flagging bottlenecks, suggesting better tools, or refining how we approach sourcing

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across high-volume hiring or multiple divisions and brands
• A track record of successfully hiring for service, skilled trades, or other customer-facing roles
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (we use UKG), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social sourcing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to push back or ask questions when something doesn't add up
• The ability to juggle multiple open requisitions without dropping the ball on candidates or hiring managers
• A relationship-first mindset. Recruiting is a people business, and it shows in how you work
• Comfort using recruiting metrics and data to inform hiring strategy, not just to report on it
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
