Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Bilingual Full Desk Recruiter who can manage both sides of the staffing process—recruiting talent and developing client relationships.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work. You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding candidates, while also generating leads, growing accounts, and maintaining strong client partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Onboarding
-Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
-Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and hiring processes
-Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within our ATS
-Ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact through placement
Business Development & Client Management
-Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking
-Maintain and grow existing client relationships
-Penetrate accounts by identifying additional staffing needs
-Conduct client check-ins (phone and in-person as needed)
Operations & Team Collaboration
-Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Participate in team rotations, including on-call coverage (1 week/month)
-Handle urgent after-hours staffing needs during on-call rotation
-Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
-Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) – ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
-Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or account management preferred
-Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Crelate or similar, for tracking candidates, onboarding, and client activity
-Strong computer skills, including proficiency in:
*Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Email communication and calendar management
-Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls, texts, and emails daily
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
-Ability to problem-solve quickly and handle urgent staffing needs, especially during on-call rotations
