Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 + Uncapped Commission

DaMar Staffing Solutions of Indianapolis is rebuilding and scaling a high-performing staffing division and is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial recruiter to help lead future growth.
This is a true full desk opportunity responsible for:
- Business development
- Client relationship management
- Recruiting and placements

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and client meetings
- Generate job orders and manage client accounts
- Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Manage recruiting workflows within ATS/CRM systems
- Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain recruiting and sales activity metrics
- Support workforce planning and client retention efforts
Qualifications
- Staffing, recruiting, sales, or business development experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and client development
- Experience using ATS or CRM systems preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000 – $80,000
