Our client is seeking highly qualified intelligence professionals to support U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) missions. This role requires advanced expertise in FMV exploitation, imagery analysis, and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) within a fast-paced, high-tempo operational environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Analysis & Reporting: Conduct full-spectrum FMV analysis (PED Phases 1–3) and produce timely, mission-focused intelligence assessments.
- Operational Support: Apply F3EA methodology to identify patterns, track targets, and support operational planning, targeting, and mission execution.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with intelligence analysts, operators, and leadership to deliver actionable intelligence via reports and briefings.
- Mission Readiness: Maintain situational awareness of ongoing operations and serve as (or deploy as) an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).
Candidate Requirements:
- Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI.
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in operational/tactical intelligence, targeting, or GEOINT.
- Minimum 4 years of recent FMV/IMINT analysis supporting intelligence or operational missions.
- Demonstrated support to Special Operations missions.
- Certifications & Skills:
- Completion of U.S. Government-approved ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) training.
- Strong proficiency in FMV PED processes, intelligence reporting standards, and geospatial tools.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Typing proficiency (35+ WPM).
- Logistics: Active U.S. Passport; ability to travel internationally and deploy as required (up to 10% travel).
- Preferred: Prior experience with USSOCOM/JSOC, F3EA targeting, and ISR mission management systems.
Note: Military personnel with 2+ years of hands-on FMV analysis experience supporting JSOC missions may be considered to meet the FMV experience requirement.
Performance Expectations (First 90–120 Days)
- Onboarding: Complete all mission qualifications and required training.
- Proficiency: Demonstrate independent ability in FMV PED (Phases 1–3) and intelligence reporting.
- Quality: Consistently deliver accurate, timely products meeting customer standards.
- Operations: Successfully support missions using F3EA methodologies, brief findings to leadership, and achieve full mission readiness (including ITC duties).
