Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack AI Engineer
Location: East Boston, MA (3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Potential Extension / Long-Term Opportunity)
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, TypeScript, and React.
Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
Develop LLM-powered applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
Work with SQL databases, data integration, and cloud-based environments.
Implement AI evaluation frameworks to measure response accuracy, relevance, reliability, and overall output quality.
Monitor AI application performance using observability, logging, and tracing tools.
Troubleshoot production issues across frontend, backend, APIs, and AI components.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
