Akkodis is seeking a Full-Stack Developer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable full-stack software solutions that support critical business and customer-facing applications while ensuring performance, quality, and security.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Full-Stack Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, and GCP to deliver scalable and high-performance software solutions.

• Build and support RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient integration across enterprise platforms.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver business value.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile development practices to ensure high-quality code, continuous delivery, and rapid release cycles.

• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and leverage cloud-native technologies on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to enhance scalability and reliability.

• Lead and mentor development teams through code reviews, software craftsmanship practices, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• 6+ years of experience in software development, including 4+ years of hands-on application development in enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, REST API development, Microservices Architecture, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub), Test-Driven Development (TDD), cloud-native application development, and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
