Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in Python, Angular, and Java, along with hands-on experience or exposure to Agentic AI Framework or Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end solutions, leading development teams, and integrating GenAI capabilities into scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of developers in a full-stack development environment.
Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Python, Angular, and Java.
Integrate and work with Agentic AI framework or other Gen AI models/APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI).
Design and deploy scalable microservices-based solutions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
Ensure code quality through peer reviews, test automation, and best practices.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in Python, Angular (v10+), and Java (Spring Boot preferred).
Exposure to Agentic AI framework or Generative AI tools and libraries.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proven experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
