What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable applications using AWS, Ruby on Rails, and Next.js to improve healthcare delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain robust PostgreSQL databases to support application functionality and data integrity.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability through effective monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–6 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on web applications.
• Proficiency in AWS services, Ruby on Rails, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.

Preferred

• Experience with healthcare applications or familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries beyond Next.js, such as React or Angular.

Compensation and Benefits
