Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI. The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable software solutions across the full development lifecycle, from architecture and coding to testing and deployment.

Rate Range: $50/Hour to $60/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Full-Stack Software Engineer Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications to meet business and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Create and implement scalable software architectures, APIs, and microservices using modern technologies.

• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve development processes.

• Develop user-friendly front-end interfaces while supporting back-end system functionality and integrations.

• Apply best practices in software development, including testing, security, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 4+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.

• Strong proficiency in C++, Java, React, GCP, MongoDB, and Teamcenter Development, including ITK customization and workflow development.

• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable applications using modern software engineering practices and Agile methodologies.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
