What You Will Do
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces with React.
Optimize database performance and management using PostgreSQL.
Write clean, maintainable code in Ruby on Rails to support various application features.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to enhance overall code quality.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
Engage in agile development practices to deliver features iteratively and efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Background
2-4 years of experience in full-stack software development.
Proficiency in Python, Django, and JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
A passion for developing solutions that improve healthcare outcomes.
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare or data industry.
Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
