Job Description & Responsibilities:
Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to work onsite at our client's office located in The Woodlands, TX. The role focuses on developing and supporting scalable enterprise applications, with a strong emphasis on backend services for conversational and voice AI. Responsibilities include:
Designing secure and scalable cloud-native architecture patterns.
Developing backend microservices for conversational and voice AI applications.
Creating modern user interfaces to enhance customer experiences.
Integrating applications with third-party APIs, SaaS platforms, and telephony systems.
Collaborating within an Agile team using CI/CD, automated testing, and IaC templates.
Implementing logging, metrics, alerting, and health checks for production services.
Troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues across the stack.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and application integration patterns.
Experience with cloud services and container-based deployments, preferably AWS.
Proficiency with at least one relational database technology.
Experience with React and/or Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
Familiarity with GitHub Actions or comparable CI/CD tooling and automated testing practices.
Experience with conversational or voice AI systems, including streaming audio and LLM orchestration.
Disciplined approach to security and compliance, including handling of PII and PCI-sensitive boundaries.
