Full Time Cake and Cookie Decorator

Gelbsteins Bakery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cake & Cookie Decorator to join our commercial bakery team in Lakewood, NJ.

We are looking for a professional decorator with a strong eye for detail who can work quickly, neatly, and consistently in a high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Professional cake decorating and finishing
  
• Royal icing cookie decorating
  
• Buttercream piping and detailed piping work
  
• Ability to accurately duplicate designs and samples
  
• Strong sense of color, proportion, and presentation
  
• Ability to produce consistent work in quantity
  
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality
  
• Keep a clean and organized workstation
  

Requirements:

• Previous professional bakery decorating experience required
  
• Commercial or high-volume bakery experience strongly preferred
  
• Must be fast, precise, creative, and detail-oriented
  
• Must be able to work well independently and as part of a production team
  

We are looking for an experienced professional decorator with a portfolio or photos of previous work.
