Key Responsibilities:

• Dropping off goods as per delivery routes and schedules.

• Inspect and clean the vehicle regularly, reporting any maintenance or mechanical issues promptly.
• Follow the best transportation practices and road safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and other navigation tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• On-Time Delivery Rate (OTDR): Target of 98% deliveries completed on time.
• Customer Satisfaction Score: Maintain an average score of 4.8 out of 5 in customer feedback.
