About the Role: Honest Plumbing AZ LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Dispatcher to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ! This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll be the backbone of our daily operations — keeping our technicians on schedule and our customers happy.
Responsibilities:
Receive and manage incoming service calls, scheduling appointments efficiently
Dispatch plumbing technicians to job sites based on location, availability, and priority
Communicate job details, updates, and changes to field technicians in real time
Monitor technician schedules and adjust routing to maximize productivity
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and field crews
Maintain accurate records of service calls, job statuses, and customer information
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and/or CRM systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in a trades or home services industry is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
Housecall Pro experience is a plus
